When Do We Restock products?

We try to restock as often as we possibly can with new or existing products! 

What size should I get ?

All of the apparel is UNISEX and true to size from the guide. 

*Although sizing up is commonly recommended, we advise to check your measurements and the size guide for either a baggier/tighter fit!*

Do We Ship Internationally?

Yes, we have worldwide shipping! However, be aware that you may be required to pay additional duty/customs fees depending on where you are ordering from. Check with your local customs office if you have any further questions. We are not responsible for any customs fees.

When Will My Order Ship?

Your order will typically ship within 2-3 business days. 

How Can I Track My Order?

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will then receive the tracking information for your shipment. 

*Allow for a 1-2 days for the tracking information to update*

Can I change something about my order and/or cancel it?

Once an order is made, no additional changes can be made. Including the products(s) and/or personal information (eg. shipping address). We advise to ensure the size, color, and correct shipping address before placing your order. No order cancellations are available at this time. 

What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?

You will be refunded for the order in the form of a gift card, minus the shipping fee and $5 processing fee.

What’s Your Return & Exchange Policy?

Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to limited inventory. If there is an issue with your order, please email us at Luxumize@yahoo.com within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.
